I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Alliant International University (formerly the California School of Professional Psychology) in San Francisco. My first five years, I worked in a variety of Bay Area community health settings. For the last nine years, I have focused on seeing teens and adults for individual, couples, and group therapy in my private practice and am now dually licensed in California and Oregon. My clinical experiences have spanned various depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, identity, and systemic inequity concerns. I am a graduate of the Trichotillomania Learning Center's Virtual Training Institute, and member of personal and professional organizations for social justice. I am passionate about using teaching, presenting, and psychotherapy formats to help individuals locate themselves amidst their internal and external landscapes.
